I'm trying to buy a certification, but the page will not allow me to complete the purchase. I'm in Phoenix, Arizona. 

The message displays every time I put in my zip code. I'm inputting 5 numbers with no spaces. I have also tried inputting five numbers, a dash, and then four numbers, to no avail.

Example:

xxxxx-xxxx

It ended up fixing itself. Not sure if it's something I did, or if it was just a bug or something. I did add my postal code before my address, so maybe that helped.
