I want users to have access to Confluence but not Jira.
I've configured a user like this:
When the user logs in he isn't able to see a navigation icon to navigate to confluence.
What is the solution to this? Also is there a way to redirect users to confluence directly?
Hi Lukas,
As per your screenshot, they are using the Jira URL to login, but as they have only Confluence access they need to add /wiki on the URL (myinstance.atlassian.net/wiki) so they will be redirected directly to Confluence.
Please, give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Regards,
Angélica
Yes, that has been the workaround so far. I wanted to know if there was an automatic redirect.
This works fine with us.
Thanks, Angélica!
