Unable to deactivate accounts

Hi guys,

It seems we are unable to deactivate some of our accounts and they have just been sitting there costing us money. How can we make sure we can deactive those accounts?

Hi @Bas Blokhuis welcome to the Atlassian Community.

I believe you are completely okay with "deleting an account" and have thoroughly understood it's implications on already available issues, tasks.

May I request you check this link on the details and steps to do so.
