HI

Anyone got any experience with Service accounts and Atlassian access?

We have Atlassian access setup with Azure AD to add users. We have 3 groups

  1.  to acknowledge the account (access to the Atlassian suite)
  2.  Grants product access to Jira
  3. Grants product access to Confluence

This all works seamlessly for general users, but for Service accounts that we need to have product access to log in and generate an API token, the product access groups don't work.

The accounts can be seen in in managed users, but with no product access...and as such they do not appear in the User management console and it is not possible to log into Jira with these accounts.

Any ideas folks, as we (myself and a Azure/windows tech) have tried all sorts of configurations to no avail.
