Regarding Atlassian Access reconfiguration.

Our Company is planning to Switch from an existing SSO to a different SSO in this case are we required to make additional payment for the Atlassian Access? As to when we try to make the changes to switch to the New SSO its requesting for a demo.

You can switch from one identity provider to another in Atlassian Access to (re-)configure SAML single sign-on.

No, as you pay per user (tier) for enforcing SSO (or other security features), you don't need to pay again by changing from one identity provider to another.
