issues with access and password reset

I keep resetting my password and receiving no email for past 24 hours. Looking for the support team for this access in virgin media o2.

In this case you should reach out to Atlassian Support to assist you (https://support.atlassian.com) directly.

Any chance that your companies VAT number is not allowing cross border transactions? In this case we'd recommend checking with your tax professional. It can be verified in VIES: http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/vatRequest.html
