Non-active Bitbucket accounts seem to billable for access

We have Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence and Access (and claimed our email domain).

If we remove for a specific account Bitbucket access, this account is not included  in the Bitbucket member list (and we don't have to pay for this Bitbucket account any more).
So far, so good.

However, it seems that for Atlassian access this account stil exist and is billable for Access?

Does anybody know how we can remove Bitbucket in Access for this account?
