Need to logout all users from my Jira cloud instance. As Site admin/ Managed account admin, will it able to from my access ?
Even If I enable "Session Duration Management" configuration, it mentioned as below. users don’t get logged out of their accounts. The new idle session duration will apply the next time a user logs in.
To update idle session duration:
From your organization at admin.atlassian.com, click Security > Session duration.
From the Idle session duration dropdown, select the amount of time you want.
If you select a duration of 24 hours or less, we recommend letting your users know how often they’ll be logged out. A short length of time may impact their Jira or Confluence workflow.
Click Update to save.
When you save changes to the session duration, users don’t get logged out of their accounts. The new idle session duration will apply the next time a user logs in.

Hello Manikandan,
Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
Currently, there is no option to force users to logout. It's possible only by resetting their passwords, but it won't work if you use SAML.
We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
Please, click on vote and watch in order to hear about updates on the development cycle.

Angélica
