Hello Community,
We want to implement Azure AD single sign on for Jira cloud application and manage our vendor users use their local login using username and password that was created manually.
Please share your thoughts if this possible and how.
Thank you,
Manoj.
Hi @Manoj Sirimalla ,
if you want to do Azure AD sync and have SSO available, you will need to purchase Atlassian Access.
You can find more about integration here and about SSO here.
Thank you for your response, my question is - can we have both sso and local account login on login screen? Appreciate your help.
Manoj

Hi @Manoj Sirimalla ,
I think it could be done for separate groups for users (for example you have one verified domain and users with this domain are authenticating against AAD, the others have different domain and are not in the AAD), but it is not possible to have both possibilities for one user.
