Hi @Hande Gökdel

Welcome to the Community!

This question is goign to be complicated to answer correctly without a bit more information about your environment.

Are you currently using the Atlassian Cloud products with managed accounts that are synchronized from a third party identity provider (i.e Active Directory, Okta, etc.) via the Atlassian Access product?

If the answer is yes, then you will need to have the administrator of your identity provider update the email address which will automatically synchronize into your Atlassian Cloud instance.

If you aren't using Atlassian Access, but you have claimed your domain and therefore all of your company accounts are managed accounts, you will want to follow the instructions here:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/make-changes-to-a-managed-user-account-964957894.html

If you haven't done either of these things, the user in question controls their own account, and they will need to update their own email address which can be done following these instructions:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/changing-atlassian-account-email-addresses-969508513.html

I hope that helps!

Hi Jimmy,

Thanks a lot.

As you advised I followed the step below;

https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/make-changes-to-a-managed-user-account-964957894.html

From your organization at admin.atlassian.com, select Directory > Managed accounts. Next to an individual account, click Show details to open the managed account’s page. From the Email address field, enter the updated email address and click the checkmark.

but  there is no field or place to write the new e-mail address in my screen.

Could you please help?

Hi @Hande Gökdel,

I'm not sure I'm going to be able to provide much more help as I'm environment is different:

ManagedAccount.PNG

This is my account from the managed accounts page, I assume when you aren't synchronizing from a third party identity provider, that email address field which is locked for me is editable by someone who has a verified domain.

If you are seeing the same thing I am, you will need to update the email address in your identity provider.

Sorry I can't offer more help here.

Thanks for info Ollie,  but as advised in the link,

the user also could not change herself as it says ''your account is managed and you should contact your admin''

How should I proceed?
