Hi all, their is a free tier for 10 users for confluence. I was wondering if this is per organization or per confluence admin account. I'm asking because I'm working with several smaller teams and not sure if we can still make use of the free tier.

It is per "instance" where instance refers to the Confluence instance that has been set up in cloud. You get a specific URL to this instance and that instance allows for 10 active users for free. You could set up other instances with different URLs.
