Enable Provisioning for a set of users only

Hey,

We have recently enabled SSO and now would like to sync a group from Azure AD into Jira for customers only.

If I enable provisioning in Azure AD for this 1 group, will it affect the Atlassian Managed users in the app?

Or will it solely sync and manager the users in my group from Azure AD

Hi @Baldeep Gill 

If you enabled the provisioning from your Azure AD to the Atlassian Access, only that group will be synced there won't be any changes to the other users in the apps.

Do I need to set up 2 Apps in Azure, One to hand the SSO for licensed users and one to handle the provisioning for customers only?

Hi @Baldeep Gill 

Yes you need to set up 2 apps in Azure, One will handle the SSO and other will handle the provisioning of the users.

Also make sure you create proper authentication policy which will make sure all the necessary users are going through the SSO.
