Hi
we have several domains validated via https. One of this domains need a additional txt record validation via DNS - when i try to validate this domain via txt record it tells me it cant find it. But its there, i checked with DNS tools, this txt record is valid and correct.
Maybe domain validation cant handle two different methods? How can i get this txt record validated, do i need to remove the https validation for it?
Thanks and Best
Rainer
It might take a while to propagate through the DNS providers servers (there are usually several). It might be a matter of just waiting a day or two.
It is only possible to verify a domain once. If the domain is already verified through HTTPS, you won't be able to verify it again with DNS, and vice versa. You would need first to unverify the domain, in order to be able to verify it with another method.

Hi Rainer -Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Can you share a screenshot of the error you are getting and the exact steps you were doing when you got the error?
