Domain directory verification

Hello, 

We are trying to enable the domain verification but dont get the directory option. I am enabled as the site admin so not sure if some other setting needs to be enabled first. If you could let me know that would be great.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

In order to verify a domain, it's necessary to be a site administrator and also an Org administrator.

I see that you are an Org administrator, so you should be able to access the Organization.

If you click on the name of the Organization, are you redirected to the page below?

You should also be able to see the list of the organizations that you are an admin on admin.atlassian.com.

Thanks Angelica, Yes I was able to get myself added as an org admin and then was able to access the details.
