Documentation for granting access to users is inaccurate. Need help.

On this page, https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/update-product-access-settings-744721629.html it states to, "click Grant Access on the top right of the page". First they do not reference what page they are talking about. I would assume they meant the Product Access page under admin.atlassian.com, but I don't see any button called Grant Access there.
