Creating api tokens when accounts are managed by google g-suite

How can I create api tokens for google managed accounts? When I go to the https://id.atlassian.com environment I can see the manage api tokens section, but do not see a button to create a new api token.

 

We need this for our buildserver to access the API of JIRA cloud.

I see what the problem is, I am working on a chromebook (Pixel Slate) and the Chrome Browser is more strict for some reason. Get this error: Screenshot 2019-03-10 at 3.27.43 PM.pngSo I downloaded Firefox (android) and was able to create an api token.
