i have setup SAML with Azure and on the Azure side it comes back successful with:
Azure AD successfully issued a token (SAML response) to the application (service provider). If you still can’t access the application you need to contact the software vendor and share the information below.
but when i go to my company's site page we now get an error saying:
Hmm... we're having trouble logging you in. You'll need to talk to your Organisation admin - tell them we sent you, and that there appears to be an issue with the SAML public key used for your SAML single sign-on configuration.
i read somewhere that it could be because i copied the certificate from the txt file and then paste into the public key field within atlassian but i can't get passed this error to check the configuration within atlassian.
i've managed to resolve this.
For anyone wondering, i disabled the SAML on Azure side, added my gmail account and assigned it site admin and org admin. Then i was able to sign into atlassian to troubleshoot during the SAML setup.
to fix the issue with the public key i just recreated the public key.
