Can you restrict people from changing their display name?

I don't want people from changing their names and pretending to be someone else.

Thank you for reaching out to Community!

Since 2017 when the Atlassian account was released, admins can no longer manage users’ information, including the full name.

In order to prevent users to edit this information and to allow the admin to do that instead, it’s necessary to verify the domain, so the admin will prove that they own that domain and can manage the users’ information.
