We got locked out of our company's admin account all of a sudden. Things we did:
- Changed the email address associated with the account to a new email address
- Then we tried to sign up for Jira which for no reason deactivated our account and sent us an email stating they need ID proof! What!
- Why would you deactivate a perfectly normal account, which has sensitive information of our company? And why did the sign up for Jira trigger this event!
- We need resolution as it is hurting our business. Can someone look into this ASAP?
