Since we moved to Slack Enterprise Grid some of our users are getting prompted multiple times a day to open a ticket via Slack Assist. We have checked and cannot locate a setting that would cause this. Anyone have any ideas on how to prevent this?
It looks like this was all down to users using emojis that were tied to ticket creation. Those frequently used emojis were changed to resolve the issue.
