According to the Atlassian product page, Halp will be available to customers until June 4th, 2024. We have multiple teams and many developers relying on the Halp ticketing service to triage incidents and support requests integrated with our slack channels.
We are all currently getting redirected to the Atlassian home page when signing in through slack and trying to access our Halp queues. We rely on this service to respond to our customers and internal tech teams and it's disrupting our ability to respond and review incoming requests.
Is anyone able to urgently assist? A ticket had been raised with Atlassian last week and has had no response.
