HALP integration with Jira Service Desk failed on Assignee field

Dear all,

We are testing the integration of HALP through SLAck in order to be able to create ticket in Service Desk directly from slack message.

We have run different test so far and we face a wierd issue with Assignee and Reporter field.

  1. When we create a ticket from slack, HALP does not update correctly he Reporter field which is suppose to be the user who create the ticket
  2. When we assigned the ticket to a user in Slack, HAlp doe not update the Assignee field in Jira.

Does any of you face the same thing with this integration and could share ?
