We are looking to implement Halp within our People Operations function, but do have some reservations with access to the back end of the system by current users. This is currently used within out Tech space for logging queries and so a number of the Tech team already have accounts to be able to access the back end - this is a red flag for us so I wondered whether anyone else has implemented this in a People function and how the access to private/sensitive information is overcome.
