Atlassian Assist Dropdown may be confusing?

Hello,

I am implementing Atlassian Assist with Jira Service management and received feedback that when a customer opts to raise a request through teams, it might not be intuitive where they should click if the request they want to raise is not the top option.  

When the window pops up, the first type of request they can submit is listed with an "X" in the right corner, which to some would indicate they could close/delete/remove that request type from the list, and since its the only request type visible they may not recognize its actually a dropdown and other requests exist. However, after you click on it, it changes to a dropdown arrow and has "Placeholder text" in the dropdown. 

Is there any way to format how this dropdown appears? I'm find with it listing the primary request type but would prefer the down arrow to the X
