A simple guide to set up Dynamic Forms in Jira Service Desk

I have created a Dynamic Multiselect field but I'm not able to add it to Dynamic form global configuration of JIRA Service Desk. Would like to know if Dynamic Multiselect is supported by Dynamic forms to work on the Customer Portal Screen of Service Desk.

Hi @Bhavya Pilli ,

With Extension for Jira Service Desk, you mustn't create Dynamic custom fields to put them into the request form. A regular Multiselect will do the job :)

However, if you have both Dynamic Forms for Jira and Extension for Jira Service Desk and simply don't want to duplicate fields, unfortunately, Dynamic Multiselect fields aren't supported for this purpose at the moment. If this is the case, then please submit a new feature request in our Service Desk.

Is it possible to set up a dynamic field based on two field values?  ex. If City = "Orlando" and State = "FL"

Yes, we can configure Dynamic Forms in Extension for JSM Cloud - however, in a slightly different way. Check out the feature's documentation.
