I having issue with Jira that the ticket is not showing inside the Nifty. I find out that it having issue with the status type of the ticket, some ticket with simple status can be integrated to Nifty, but some other type of ticket status cannot be integrate.
I have try to added the status type of this "Waiting for Support" inside the Nifty but still unable to integrate over.
Do I miss out some configuration or steps.
