Is there a way to use Multi-Project SLAs with actual start date field to set start of SLA?

Hi there!
I am currently evaluating the SLA Time and Report App.

My use case is, that all bugs are created in one bug board. There they are analysed and classified until its known which Developer Team takes care of the Bug.

Then the bug is transferred to the teams board. 

We need to have the same SLA across all transitions. We also need to set the start date manually, as the date of the creation is not the same as when the bug reaches the company, where the SLAs have to start. 

I found out, that one can either have single project config with actual start date or multiproject without? Is that correct? If not, how can this be done? If yes, are there any workarounds?
