We have 50+ JIRA user but we dont want to give access to all 50+ user access to Zephyr,How can we limit.

Are you using Zephyr Scale or Zephyr Squad?
Are you trying to limit the number of licenses you have to buy for Zephyr, or are you trying to actually limit access to the functionality?
What specific functionality are you trying to limit within the scope of functionality provided by Zephyr?

I want to start using Zephyr Squad , for limited user . only for Zephyr squad.
1. if you want to limit LICENCES, you cannot - this is controlled by the Atlassian Marketplace
2. if you want to limit USERS, you can control by not adding them to your Project
3. if you want to limit Zephyr Squad USER ACCESS, you can control in Project Settings - read here: Permissions | Zephyr Squad Cloud Documentation
