Hello! I'm having trouble with SecSignID plugin. I don't know how to disable it from the CLI before startup (not sure if it can be done, if someone can help me I'd appreciate it!)

So I'm trying to troubleshoot based on logs, but I can't enable the stack trace from the CLI, neither I seem to track down the log referral error on the logs.

If anyone can teach me how to do that I'd super appreciate it! I'm training to be a jira admin and I could really learn a lot from already established admins in the community. Thank you!

Resolved it by enabling DEBUG on log4j2.xml file on the modules I needed to debug.

Not sure how to enable stack trace sample on error page but not needed anymore.

@Mariano Edvardsson

As an user with Jira Admin rights, you can disable Jira add-ons via "Jira Administration" (clog wheel symbol upper right of your UI) >> Manage apps.  From there, select "Manage apps" in the left nav pane to access all the add-ons in your env - where you can disable them as needed.

Secondly, you can also generate support zip and access the application_logs to track down the issues.  To generate the support zip - "Jira Administration" >> System >> Troubleshooting and support tools and click on "Create support zip" to create the zip files.

Lastly, since you are dealing with a third party add-on, you should always contact vendor for their technical assistance if you believe it is caused by their add-oo.

Hope this helps.
