Better Excel Exporter for Jira not showing on Issue Navigator

HOW DO I GET BETTER EXCEL EXPORTER TO DISPLAY ON MY ISSUE NAVIGATOR PAGE TO DOWNLOAD XRAY TEST CASES WITH STEPS?

I'd like to export test cases with steps so I've added the app Better Excel Exporter for Jira.  I see the app listed in my apps dropdown, but inside the project where apps are listed, I do not see it.

If I navigate to an issue, I see the option to use the app to export a single issue, and this works fine.

If I navigate to Issue Navigator, there is no Apps button allowing me to select the exporter tool, nor does the exporter show in the export menu.

I understand your question is about "Better Excel Exporter." However, have you considered using Xray’s Document Generator with the Xray Test Report or Offline Test Report?

@Kimberly B I am a developer working on the Better Excel Exporter app.

Can you please take a screenshot about the Issue Navigator you are writing about? Atlassian introduced a few "variants" of that screen recently, and different variants display the link to our app in a different location. A picture could help to identify the one you're actually using.
