How to manage your customer data effectively and without a headache?

Hi Guys! Have you used Customer and Organization Management app already? It's a boost for your customer support from both sides: customers' experience and agents' work. In this app you have all your customers and organization collected in special views. Now, we create two different views to even faster data searching.

2️⃣ The column Organizations appears in the Customer View 🎉 

As you can see there are plenty of columns. You can adjust them in app settings. You decide what data you need to collect. Each column is a custom field you use to gather info on the Portal. 

☝️ Now, we added Organization column as default so you can immediately glance at what organization the customer is assigned to.

3️⃣ We also added:

  • on Organization view an option to add/remove customers for selected organizations
  • on Customers view option to add projects for selected customers

 

This is a bulk option, so you can edit lots of data at once. Very effective in the large-scale organization.

4️⃣ The ability of customizing the order of columns 

You can adjust the view to your needs and have needed data at fingertips all the time. You can switch the columns order as you wish. 

and  5️⃣ The ability to sort by columns in Customers and Organization views

 Just to find what you need quicker and with few clicks.

☝️ Those two are new, but so effective. Views were adjusted to be more specific and more customizable. 

 

6️⃣ You can use the app in your native language. Our app is translated fully into English, Polish, German,  Spanish, Danish, Dutch, and Italian.
