We need a solution for providing pop up information to end users when they select field values while creating a ticket in JIRA Service Desk (Customer portal). Any suggestions? (JJupin live fields & many other plugin features dont seem to work in JSD).

Example use case - When a user selects an application value, a pop up message should inform the user that only application's x version is supported by this support centre & for other versions, users have to submit the ticket elsewhere.

I am not sure if this is what you are looking for, but I was looking at the following plug in (Extension for JIRA Service Desk) recently, and their multilevel structure feature may provide what you are looking for. It is also built for JSD specifically.
