Hi, I created a SLA in JIRA, and I add one automation condition i.e, when ticket is unassigned up to 10 minutes, then admin will receive one E-mail message. I am trying to customize that E-mail. Now it sends text like "This issue needs your attention". I receive E-mail like this , so I am trying to add more fields to this email.

I already tried with this send E-mail condition, but in this case E-mail will be sent to customer(reporter) or reporters (involved) means only for the customers not for an agent. But I want to send E-mail to project admin or service desk team members. How can we send E-mails to them.
