Learn and live Agile principles! You would be the best example for your team members. Study and apply, study and apply...until you feel is as natural as breathing!
More practice on the four values of agile for the continuous improvement and challenges and to establish a new way of thinking that requires forming new habits, which take time and energy.
As a long time Agile practitioner my greatest advice would be to never be scared to experiment and never dismiss an idea without trying it, even when you may have tried it for something else, it could still work for a different set of circumstances.
My advise is to keep the four values in mind in all of the tasks you do. Communication is key to transparency for you and the team you are working with, be willing to continually learn and maintain agile habits.
My Advice: Is most definitely having the respect to all your team members even if they have a different opinion and way of working then you do. Having this work flow with each other will then ensure open communication which will get the product out and customers happy.
I would have my team complete this course, and any new starters to the team. Then I would discuss with my team ways in which we can change our day-to-day operations to fit a more Agile focused routine.
-Remember the Four Values Of Agile because it will make it easier for you to understand how the Agile methodology works. -If you don't know something always ask and communicate, the whole team will benefit from it. -Try to focus on one task rather than doing several at once.
