I am trying to hide email signature but getting stuck. Seems like I don't have that option.
So far I followed the article titled
The part below looks different on my screen. There is nothing that says Jira Service Management. On the Products screen, I only see Jira Software Configuration. I am indeed Site Admin. Our team is less than 10 people so we use the free version of Jira. Could it be that paid version is required in order to hide email signatures?
You must be a Jira site admin to hide email signatures.
Go to [Settings] > Products > Jira Service Management > Email requests
Would love any help to turn off these super long email signatures on the Jira free version. Thanks!
Hi @Alex Sorokorensky ,
The option to hide email signatures is also available in the free version.
But since you don't have "Jira Service Management" in your product list, i'm guessing you don't have that product installed yet ?
Best regards,
Kris
It looks like you are right @Kris Dewachter . I just tried to add Jira Service Management several times but keep getting this error at the last step :(

I contacted support. They told me I don't want Jira Service Management because that's a Helpdesk tool. We are using Jira Software for Developing which doesn't have an option to hide signature.
