How to change default assignee, Key, how to add Approvers in SR, How to add organisation?

Hi @Ravindra Parihar ,

Welcome to the community !!

Let me answer your questions one by one

1. How to change default assignee ? 

 Go to project settings --> Details -->Scroll to end of the page and change the default assignee to Unassigned or Project lead. Its better to keep default assignee as unassigned. 

2. How to change Key ? 
Go to project settings --> Details --> Enter the new key  in KEY text box and click Save details

3. How to add approvers to SR ?
Go through the steps mentioned in https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/set-up-approvals/

4. How to add Organization ?
Go to project settings --> Customers --> Click Add Organization on the top right.

Hi Rilwan,

1. I am unable to add a default assignee, i.e. I need to add cloudsupport@xoriant.com as      a default assignee for all the tickets raised by any user in my organization.

 

2. Regarding Key - For e.g., the key in my project is set as ITSM however when we raise        an Incident or a request or a change ticket the ticket number always shows as ITSM-       10, ITSM-2, etc, need to change the key for each kind of tickets i.e. for Incident it must     show as ITSM-INC-01 etc, for Service Request it must show as ITSM-SR-01, hope I am       able to make you understand my query.

Hi @Ravindra Parihar ,

1. You can add only users (people) as Default assignee and not Group lists. 
If you want any group DLs to be added, then you need to create a user with email cloudsupport@xoriant.com

2. One project will have one Key irrespective of request/ticket type. We cannot modify them based on different ticket types like incident, change etc
