Change request type ticket category

Hi all,

So I created a request type but was under the wrong category on the side.   Is there a way to move it?

I know I can just delete the one and click on the left and re-add it, but just wondering if I could move it instead.  

Note not the portal group, the ticket category

Yeah I read through all those doc prior to asking, and could not find the way to "move" other than delete and recreate.  Thanks.

Hi Robert, 

We have just rolled out the functionality to move a request type across work categories. You can select the "Move" option from the meatballs menu on "Project settings" > "Request types" page. 

I hope this helps, at the very least for next time.
