How to contribute to the official Atlassian Blog?

Hi there!

Yes, I know, there is this article explaining how. But it leads to this link: https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/34/group/111/create/575

While the customer portal cannot be found. So there is no way to send in submissions for articles? Or is it? Can someone from the Atlassian Community help me here? And send me the correct portal?
