How to configure daily digest of Answers?

I've checked both "Send me the daily digest with information about the site activity" and "Send me a daily digest of activity in my favourite tags, instead of sending me instant alerts". I receive instant alerts on my subscriptions but there are no alerts on favorite tags and no daily digests. What am I doing wrong?

EDIT: Does daily digest work for you?

Daily digests are broken at the moment. Sorry about this!

They should be new and improved when we fix them. Track this over at ANSWERS-665.
