my guess is that the support site you are working with to publish this book (amazon kdp) may be using Jira Service Desk as the back end for their support and the page had a link to the Community or Atlassian maybe. In any event the Community here will not be able to assist you with this. Too I might suggest not exposing your personal email here given this is a public forum. You need to reach out to KDP support.
