FIPS Encryption

Would be interested to know if Atlassian would intend to add FIPS 140-3 standard encryption to cloud services? Thanks

Thank you for the question. We are working towards readiness for FedRAMOP Moderate, which currently requires FIPS 140.2.  When the regulation calls for 140.3 we will upgrade our Encryption accordingly

That's a great to hear that. I would imagine it would take a few years for cloud interface to be FedRAMP ready and then ATO?
