wrong account removed

I have managed to delete the wrong account for access to a TRELLO workspace i created.  It was my own account.  I still have access but now its saying a workspace admin needs to approve the request however i was the only admin for the workspace so not sure how to resolve

Can you share the URL of the workspace here? I want to review on our system if there's no admin left there.
