working space member cannot see my boards and within a card, copy-function is not available

Hi there,

i have a premium-account and invited a colleague to my working space. my working space contains of 5 boards. My colleague tried to copy a card within the first board but he has no copy option there. He also does not see the 5 boards on his left menu part.
I gave him ADMIN rights but at the MEMBER area I see that the 5 boards are not visible for him and I cannot change it there. Any suggestions?

Could you please ask him to share a screenshot of the card option that isn't showing up and upload it here? Also, did he have a chance to follow the tutorial below?
