why are some boards free and others not?

We signed up for a trial period but noticed that some boards are listed as free while others provide the options to use all the various powerups and rules.  I'm confused why they aren't all open now?

This should help: https://help.trello.com/article/772-associating-a-board-with-a-team

I suspect you just need to put the boards into the paid team.
