when to move a card with a task assigned to 3 people

When and how should we move a card to "done" when the task has to be done by 3 different people

@Silvia Pineda I wouldn't recommend assigning cards to multiple members. It's best to assign the main owner of the deliverable, and if there are multiple people that need to collaborate on this deliverable, break it out into check-items and assign those items to the relevant members. Once all the check-items are complete, you would then move the card to the done list
