view tasks assigned to a specific person

if cards are projects, and tasks are inside the cards, assigned to individuals, how can you see a list of all tasks assigned to an individual? especially management who needs to see all tasks assigned to each individual, one by one?

I don't believe Trello have anything built in for this yet. You will need to look to 3rd party Power-Ups like Blue Cat Reports which allow more complete reporting options. 

With Blue Cat you could create a 'Quick List' of checklist items and filter to just show those assigned to each individual. That sounds like it would satisfy your requirements?
