Are there less than 10 people in the entire workspace, or just the board.

The limit applies to the entire workspace, not just the one board.

I'm just now seeing your answer! Yes, we found out eventually that there were invited people and people in the workspace, and that was the reason the counting was hitting 10 without showing 10 people. Kinda confusing but I managed to help my supervisor to add me on the board. Thank you!!!!
