Do you use any power-ups that can add such frames to Trello? Can you reproduce the issue in the incognito mode or in other browsers?

No, I do not use power ups. It is not an issue with incognito or the browser, it is rather the case of the trello setting. I changed it and I do not where to click in order to come back to the default. Please find the screenshot attached

@Mateusz Skórka, the color of the tabs is determined by the background you are using on the board. Click ... in the top right corner of the board and then Change background:

There's no default background but you can select other images and colors.

 It is not about the color of the background.  It is about the color of the card frame when it has been indicated  with the mouse
