trello登录问题

1.trello账号和密码都没有问题但是登录的时候有报错，同时尝试用passkey方式登录，可是并没有passkey这些信息，如何登录

2.尝试用can't log in 方式登录，但是系统会给账号的邮箱发邮件，要求在24小时之内点链接进入，进去之后还是有报错，说有问题，那么怎么才能登录上呢

• Does the system prompt you to enter your 2FA code?

• It looks like you may have received a recovery email (the one typically sent after 24 hours) to reset your 2FA—are you still encountering an error after following those steps? If so, please let me know what it says.
