totals function cannot track the effort on mirrored cards

We are happy to use the new card mirroring feature. We mirror cards from project-trello-boards to team sprint boards. We use customfields to track effort or story points on the cards. We have always used the totals function to add up the effort on the cards. The totals function cannot track the effort on mirrored cards. Do you plan to implement this in the near future? This would be a huge productivity boost for us.

Trello's implementation of mirroring is mirroring in a true sense. The Trello team even said it was more like a window to a card. Bottom line it is just 1 card, visible on another board...That is why you are having the issue you face. I think don't think the mirror function in Trello will change to allow for your needs.

I recommend you look at Advanced Mirror by Placker, this should enable what you're looking for
